At the IDEA General Assembly meeting on 25 February 2023, the 16th IDEA Conference has been rescheduled to 24-26 April 2024 due to the recent earthquake disaster.
Please cancel/change all travel and accommodation arrangements you may have already made for the conference. Registration forms and fees will be revised as well as the dates and fees for the social program and the recommended accommodation options in the upcoming months. We plan to announce up-to-date information in January 2024.
If you have already paid the registration fee and request refund, please send an email to sinan.akilli@kapadokya.edu.tr. Alternatively, you may request the deduction of the paid amount from the revised fee to be announced in January 2024 also by sending an email to sinan.akilli@kapadokya.edu.tr.
We will be re-sending the letters of acceptance/invitation to all authors with new dates in January 2024. Should you need the revised letter at an earlier date, please let us know.

REGISTRATION
To register as a participant with paper presentation, please complete the Registration Form and return it to the Organizing Committee preferably by the end of 24 February 2023, but no later than 31 March 2023, as an e-mail attachment (in PDF format) sent to idea16@kapadokya.edu.tr. You will then, in response, receive an e-mail confirming registration which you should bring with you to the conference. Please also remember to attach to the same e-mail a digital copy of the proof of conference registration fee payment (i.e. notification email from bank, high-resolution scanned copy of bank transaction receipt) based on the fee amounts currently announced on the conference website; and a scanned copy of your graduate student ID card (if applicable for your status). Conference early registration will end on 31 March 2023. Any registration requests thereafter will be strictly subject to the announced late registration fee which must be paid in full by the end of April 17, 2023.

Registration Costs
Registration fee includes conference participation, the conference pack, and refreshments during 26-28 April 2023. Please note that early registration fees are valid by the end of March 31, 2023. Thereafter, registration fees rise to late registration rates which must be paid in full by the end of April 17, 2023. The early and late registration fees are given below:
